Full-fat semi-hard cheese with truffles with a minimum of 45% milk fat in dry matter
Store at a temperature of +4°C and +8°C

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's 80% and sheep's 20% milk, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, milk culture, salt, thickener: calcium chloride, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg proteins), aroma.
