Rosé Hrvatica from Agapito winery in Buzet is made from the indigenous Istrian grape variety Hrvatica. It gets its recognizable, intense pink color and seductive aromas through a short maceration.
On the nose, notes of strawberry, cherry and apricot prevail, while in the mouth the wine is light, fresh and fruity, with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity.
It is an ideal choice with light meals, fruit desserts or as a refreshing aperitif on warm days.
