The black Istrian variety in Agapito's interpretation shows full elegance. After fermentation, the wine is aged in wooden barrels where it rounds out and acquires refined spicy tones. The aromas are dominated by sour cherry, forest fruit and a subtle note of smoke. The tannins are soft, and the body is medium-full and extremely harmonious. A friendly wine, ideal with Istrian specialties and everyday gatherings.
