Salami with four types of pepper stands out for its rich flavor and aromatic character. This delicacy is enriched with a combination of four types of pepper – ground black, green, white, and whole black pepper – giving it a balanced yet distinctive taste.
It is made from high-quality meat following a traditional recipe, with carefully selected spices that blend perfectly with the meat, creating a harmonious and recognizable flavor. Ideal for lovers of slightly spicy cured meats, as part of a cold platter or paired with a good glass of wine.
All Istrian products are naturally air-dried, without smoke, preserving their authentic taste and quality.
The product is packaged and vacuum-sealed in packs of two dry sausages, each weighing approximately 250–350 g (as shown in the image), ensuring freshness and longer shelf life.
*In order to prevent packages from being left over the weekend in the warehouses of the delivery service, we ship cured meats and cheeses on Mondays. Therefore, the delivery period can be longer, up to 10 working days.
