Sausage with rosemary

Sausages with rosemary are a product you either love or you don’t – there is no in-between. Aromatic and rich in flavor, these sausages with rosemary are among the best-selling products of our family farm. Thanks to carefully selected spices and traditional production methods, they are characterized by a distinctive aroma and a full, authentic taste of Istria.

They are made from high-quality meat, naturally cured, and enriched with rosemary, which gives them a special freshness and character. They are ideal as part of a cold platter, paired with cheese and a good glass of wine, or as an addition to various dishes.

The product is packaged and vacuum-sealed in packs of two dry sausages, each weighing approximately 250–350 g (as shown in the image), ensuring freshness and longer shelf life.


*In order to prevent packages from being left over the weekend in the warehouses of the delivery service, we ship cured meats and cheeses on Mondays. Therefore, the delivery period can be longer, up to 10 working days.
