SELECTION

The selection is a blend of single-varietal extra virgin oils of Istarska Bjelica, Leccino, Frantoio, Crnica and Bugla, and as such creates a unique harmony of flavors on the taster's palate. It is characterized by a golden yellow color with slight shades of green, and its aroma and rich flavor are reminiscent of fresh olives and almonds. It is an excellent flavor enhancer in dishes such as various salads, raw fish, semi-hard cheeses and grilled vegetables.
