Malvazija Istarska

Fresh Malvasia from vineyards in hilly locations above Lake Butoniga. The grapes undergo cryomaceration at 4–6 °C, and after fermentation the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel with occasional battonage, which gives it additional fullness. The aroma is dominated by citrus, green apple and floral notes, while the mouthfeel is lively, mineral and extremely drinkable. Ideal for summer gatherings and lighter meals.
