MEDITERAN

Aromatized wine from the Teran grape variety, with the addition of acacia honey. It abounds in aromas of ripe dark fruit berries, oriental spices and dried fruit. In the mouth, intense, sweet, low tannins and a powerful warm body. Pair with chocolate.

Mediteran, whose name is a combination of the two words “honey” and “teran”, has a deep ruby color with purple reflections. An expressive flavor dominated by ripe red and black berry fruits, with a touch of Mediterranean spices, honey and smoke. The sweetness is pleasant, the body is fuller with a slight bitterness that combines nicely. On the palate, a good balance of freshness and ripe tannins that give an impression to this warm, aromatic wine. Compared to previous vintages, the 2019 Mediteran is fruitier.

The sweetness and black fruit pair nicely with chocolate-based desserts and fruit salads made from blueberries, bitter cherries and other black fruits. We recommend trying it with mature cheeses.
